Bollywood's item divas


Katrina sports a smouldering Indian look for her item number in Tees Maar Khan.
Kat plays a wannabe actress so the song is about her audition to get a film. It's her introductory song.

The item number will have Katrina doing sensuous stuff like belly dancing and aerial dancing with silky fabrics, a first for the actress.

"It's a take off dances from various musical plays and I have been rehearsing a lot. There's a western singer who performs on rope very sensuously and my dance will be something like that, but we won't use cables or harnesses." Says the actress.

Farah Khan director of Tees Maar Khan, says: "It's a fusion like Madhuri Dixit meets Beyonce and along the lines of the erotic Cirque de Soleil. It's raunchy and erotic but not acrobatic."

Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez did an item number in Sajid Nadiadwala's Housefull.
