Empowerment? Guns will empower women?
Presumably there is little that can be done about the problem of violent men, so legislators have turned their attention to the problem of 'disempowered' women.
(Is it just me, or does anyone else think of "Goodbye Earl," by the Dixie Chicks when they read this?)(I haven't mentioned it in about 10 months, but I still have a major crush on Natalie Maines)
