Will Hema Malini be able to revive Esha Deol’s sinking career?

Esha Deol is all set to make a comeback with a bang with her next venture ‘Tell Me Oh Khuda’ under the direction of Mayur Puri. Hema Malini is taking keen interest in the making of the film and is taking all possible efforts to ensure that the film is a success thus re-establishing Esha into Bollywood.

Reports have it that four veteran cinematographers, namely, Grant Appleton, Hayk Kirakosyan, Carlos Catalan and Burak Turan, have been roped in for shooting separate portions of the film’s four actors so that there is a distinct and unique feel to each of these parts. Burak Turan will shoot Esha’s scenes with Rishi Kapoor in Turkey. Vinod Khanna’s scenes will be shot in Rajasthan.

However, the plot for the film resembles Hema Malini’s previous directorial venture– ‘Dil Aashna Hai’ to a great extent. Mayur Puri says that both films are about a quest and the plot was chosen by Hema Malini after he narrated three to four ideas to her.

What Hema’s sincere efforts do to Esha’s sliding career, let us wait and watch!

Bollywood's hottest wives

They say behind every successful man is a woman. It certainly holds true for Bollywood. Take a look at the Bollywood Wives Club. First and foremost is Gauri Khan, wife of superstar Shah Rukh Khan who turned producer with Main Hoon Naa.
If you just know Aishwarya Rai as Abhishek Bachchan's wife then you need to get yourself checked. She is first an actress of international standing and then the bahu of the Bachchan family.

Kiran Rao is the woman of the hour. Not only is her husband Aamir Khan the biggest star of the moment thanks to Ghajini, but the lady is now looking forward to her directorial debut.

Hrithik's wife Suzanne never had ambitions towards Bollywood, but she's definitely got the looks for it. The two would have made a great onscreen couple as well.

Sanjay Dutt kept his relationship with Manyata away from the public glare for a long time. When they eventually did get married, the marriage was labelled unlawful since a man claimed to be Manyata's husband.

Malaika Arora Khan, wife of Arbaaz Khan is definitely included in the hottest wives of Bollywood list. She is among the mature people who are related to Salman Khan and yet continue their friendship with SRK as well, despite the fight between the two superstars.

Twinkle Khanna married Akshay Kumar after much tension in the air and allegations of two-timing and other such rumours. She had since forbidden Akshay to see ex-girlfriend Shilpa Shetty. After almost a decade now, the two were seen sharing a stage on the finale of 'Bigg Boss'. Lately Akshay surprised his wife with a new Bentley, a rare car even for Bollywood.

A superstar herself, Kajol is also the wife of Ajay Devgan. She had taken a sabbatical from Bollywood to care for her daughter, but is now back. She has also confirmed that she is currently working with SRK once again for Karan Johar's My Name is Khan.

Madhuri Dixit can't really be called a Bollywood wife because her husband isn't in the industry, but she is married and she is still one of the most desirable women in Bollywood.

Hema Malini may belong to a generation older than the Bollywood wives mentioned earlier, but she can give each of the current ones a run for their money as far as beauty is concerned. Today, she is a more successful star than her husband Dharmendra.

Hema choses Aishwarya as present day Dream Girl

Bollywood veteran Hema Malini, who was as christened 'Dream Girl' by her fans, considers former Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan the most beautiful in the present lot of actresses.

The actress, who is known for her roles in all time favourite 'Sita Aur Gita', 'Sholay','Dream girl' and 'The Burning Train' is quite impressed by Aishwarya's acting and beauty.

"If I have to select from present day actresses as dream girl, I will choose Aishwarya," said Hema Malini.

At 60, Hema Malini is still considered one of the most beautiful actresses in Bollywood. She does not believe in the current trend of 'zero-size' figure in the film industry.

"To become a star you should look good, have a flat tummy and most importantly act well. Attaining a zero figure would not do any good to you," the actress, who was in New Delhi to launch a new store of a retail outlet, said.
