Doctor Who rules

Meaning "rules" in the sense of, "principles or regulations governing conduct, action," sadly, not "the opposite of sucks." Anyway, here they are:

1. Try not to judge a new Doctor by his costume.

2. Just concentrate on the new assistant, who is very attractive.
